By accessing and using Radius Plus Marketing's website and the Radius Stack, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this website or our ecosystem.

Ecosystem Description

Radius Plus Marketing provides the Radius Stack — an integrated digital marketing platform for medical spas. The Radius Stack includes:

  • Custom-built, conversion-optimized websites
  • Intent audience data identification and delivery (Radius IQ)
  • AI-powered receptionist and voice agent deployment
  • Ad campaign strategy, targeting, and management
  • Ongoing performance reporting and optimization

Eligibility

To engage with our ecosystem, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have legal authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of your business
  • Operate a legitimate business entity
  • Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including advertising standards

Client Responsibilities

By engaging Radius Plus Marketing, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful and accurate business information, brand assets, and content approvals
  • Respond promptly to requests for feedback, approvals, or additional materials
  • Ensure any data or lists you provide comply with applicable privacy and anti-spam regulations
  • Maintain active and accurate accounts on any third-party platforms integrated with the ecosystem (e.g., Google Ads, Meta)

Intellectual Property

All websites, creative assets, copy, and strategic deliverables produced by Radius Plus Marketing remain our intellectual property until the applicable agreement term is fulfilled. Upon completion and full payment, website code and design assets transfer to the client. Proprietary systems, including Radius IQ data pipelines and Radius Voice configurations, remain the property of Radius Plus Marketing.

Data & Privacy

Intent audience data provided through Radius IQ is sourced from third-party data partners and is subject to their respective data use policies. Radius Plus Marketing does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party data. You agree to use all data in compliance with applicable privacy laws, including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and state-level privacy regulations. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Results & Disclaimers

Marketing results vary based on industry, market conditions, competition, and other factors outside our control. Case studies and testimonials represent individual outcomes and are not guarantees of future performance. Radius Plus Marketing does not guarantee specific lead volumes, revenue increases, or search engine rankings.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our ecosystem for:

  • Any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading advertising practices
  • Spamming, unsolicited messaging, or violation of anti-spam laws
  • Reselling or redistributing intent data to third parties
  • Any activity that violates the terms of integrated third-party platforms

Limitation of Liability

Radius Plus Marketing's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our ecosystem, including but not limited to lost revenue, missed leads, or ad platform account suspensions.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our ecosystem constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
